Enables the wallet provider capability for the organisation. Send `isWalletProvider` with the value `true`. The service then registers the organisation as a wallet provider and the organisation can register wallet units and issue Wallet Unit Attestations. If you send `false`, the service keeps the current value and returns the deployment details.
