iGrant.io is ready for France Identité! This follows rigorous testing with the Organisation Wallet Suite and validation of real-world EUDI Wallet scenarios across issuance, presentation, and verification flows. The event brought together 60+ organisations from 20+ countries to collaboratively test interoperability using standards covering both remote and proximity use cases. Interop Award for Remote Excellence — UNFOLD #3​

iGrant.io has been awarded the Interop Award for Remote Excellence at the EUDIW UNFOLD Interoperability Week, recognising its highest success rate in remote issuance and verification flows within the EUDI Wallet ecosystem. This achievement highlights the strength of its Organisation Wallet Suite in delivering standards-compliant, interoperable digital identity solutions.

Interoperability achievements​

  • UNFOLD interoperability week: tested against multiple EU Member State wallets during the UNFOLD interoperability weeks, achieving very high compliance results across the board for issuance, presentation, and verification flows
  • EWC RFC compliance and ITB conformance: The EWC RFCs are the technical specifications that define how wallets, issuers, and verifiers interoperate within the European Wallet Consortium ecosystem, covering credential issuance, presentation, and wallet attestation. The EWC Interoperability Test Bed (ITB) is the official testing environment used to validate implementations against these specifications. iGrant.io's Organisation Wallet Suite is conformant with the latest EWC RFCs and has been validated through the EWC ITB, ensuring it works seamlessly with other wallets and services across the EU
  • WE BUILD ITB and Conformance Spec compliance: conformant with the WE BUILD Interoperability Test Bed and the latest WE BUILD conformance specifications for business wallet, payment use cases, and document signing. The iGrant.io Organisation Wallet Suite is listed as the first conformant business wallet in the WE BUILD Conformance Overview
  • OpenID4VC compliance: conformant with OpenID for Verifiable Credentials specifications as verified by the OpenID Foundation conformance testing programme

Implementing Acts compliance​

The Organisation Wallet Suite is built to comply with the Implementing Acts under Regulation (EU) 2024/1183 (eIDAS 2.0). For details on individual Implementing Acts, see the eIDAS and EU Regulations section.

Standards contributions​

iGrant.io actively contributes to the standards that underpin the EUDI Wallet ecosystem:

  • OpenID Foundation: implementation feedback on OpenID4VCI and OpenID4VP specifications
  • W3C: contributions to Verifiable Credentials standards
  • ETSI: alignment with trust service standards (ETSI TS 119 612)
  • EWC RFCs: co-authorship of consortium specifications
  • Open source: Decentralised Data Exchange project
